This is not a job with Occasionsdoctor Plumbing. You stay independent. You keep your own business, your own crew and your own pricing.

Who We Look For

We are interested in independent businesses that handle work such as:

• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Drain clearing and blocked pipe services
• Sewer line inspection and repair
• Sump pump and basement drain issues common in older homes

You should serve homeowners in our area and be able to take calls from them.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed and new to this. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Explain the problem in plain words
• Give a written quote before major work
• Be honest about availability, and never promise what you cannot do
• Respect the homeowner's photos, notes and questions

Homeowners may ask you to help document damage for an insurance claim. Being ready for that makes you stand out.
